so, i dont know why this happens
Sounds like something went wrong with the Terraforge mod. Maybe trying to load to many structures in a large chunk radius?
Try reducing Render distance?

Optimize FPS on a High End system
In Windows, press Win + R, type msconfig, and hit Enter. Go to the 'Boot' tab, click on 'Advanced options', and ensure that the 'Number of processors' option is unchecked, which allows Windows to use all available cores
