confused
My id was hacked due to my own foolishness but now when i try to claim it
It show ;
The email address you provided does not match the one you filled in the column saying [The email address to be linked] during the appeal. Please recall the operation during the appeal.
What is this can anyone please explain this and help me??

Thats the message i’ve been getting
So
The last time i played pubg my account was linked to : kshlpokharel@gmail.com
After it got hacked i dunno to what it was linked to
But I want to change it to: pokharelkushal404@gmail.com
But i keep on getting rejected with the above mess popping up everytime!!
What am i doing wrong??

totally frustrated
After we submitted the UID you provided and the email address provided by you to be linked when submitting the claim to the system for matching, it was verified that the account had a record of submitting the claim by using the [Account Recovery] tool. However, this email address was not provided in the column saying [The email address to be linked].
Thats the message i got when i tried to claim.
My claim got rejected and now i have to wait for another 7 days
With this my claim has been rejected for 4 times
Its giving the hacker more and more time to enjoy with my account
And dont even tell me to post in reddit
Just telling me to do the same thing that i’ve been doing over and over again
And they even marked that as resolved
So i guess my account is gone
Kudos to the PUBG mobile team

Enjoy the money I spent on this game
And btw one more thing
If you’ve given a role i think you should be try to be more responsible to fulfill that role rather than listening music on spotify and ignoring the queries and questions!!

why are accounts getting hacked frequently nowadays??
Just about 2 weeks ago my account got hacked
And the hacker has even claimed my account god knows how
Can i get my account back?
I can prove that i’m the real owner cause i have the uc purchase receipts before the date my id got hacked!
Well i can even answer questions regarding my account
I’ve mailed them, even posted on reddit
Does pubg really dont care about its customers??

I have all the uc purchase receipts on my apple id
I can also provide you with various information like the teammates with whom I’ve played the most for the past 6 months
On Which device I’ve played the most
In which server did I played the most
On which server did i started playing
I’ve got the facebook account, gmail account and phone number which was previously linked to my hacked pubg account
