totally frustrated
After we submitted the UID you provided and the email address provided by you to be linked when submitting the claim to the system for matching, it was verified that the account had a record of submitting the claim by using the [Account Recovery] tool. However, this email address was not provided in the column saying [The email address to be linked].
Thats the message i got when i tried to claim.
My claim got rejected and now i have to wait for another 7 days
With this my claim has been rejected for 4 times
Its giving the hacker more and more time to enjoy with my account
And dont even tell me to post in reddit
Just telling me to do the same thing that i’ve been doing over and over again
And they even marked that as resolved
So i guess my account is gone

If you’ve given a role i think you should be try to be more responsible to fulfill that role rather than listening music on spotify and ignoring the queries and questions!!

You may try to submit the claim with all the details that you do remember and wait patiently for a response. If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may try to submit a support request through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification.

That’s true. But his frustration is totally legit. The current system is unfavourable, the requested evidence of ownership is not flexible. Like if you pay ingame via playstore/appstore it is not even taken in consideration and so much more.
that is why i would recommend you to take screenshots for in-game uc purchase :PeepoBlush:
It makes it easier to keep the dayes and amount of uc purchased so that it can be used later.
back onto your question for uc recipts e.t.c you can provide the exact date and amount of uc purchased instread of scren shots for that.
have you provided your device name, your login methods, the login method which was hacked and if you still have the access to your account then the device used by the hacker and their login method?
I mean I did all those things
I submitted about 4/5 UC purchase info
And submitted every other questions correctly
But still no approval
Not once not twice but it has been rejected for 4th time

like previous names or friends you uses to play with?
or your usual device or the mode you played the most?
how old were the uc purchase info?
dont add 4 purchases of the same day
add one like 3 months ago then 5 months ago
make it have a huge time difference
make sure you dont use any which would be 7 months older or more
