dont think so, running the latest amd driver on a rx6700xt windows 11, nothing old or weird, also it works on 1.21.2 same setup/options

@IMS that may actually be a bug (but problem is resolved for me, setting the option back to false)

found the reason finally, enableDebugOption=true in the config file will cause it

looks like nobody else has that problem I removed the .fabric directory and caches, but that didn't help
