Tbh the business plan is absolutely overkill for our little web app and the reason we switched from planetscale since the pricing update. We are just looking for a simple and fair priced mysql solution. The developer account is in the free trial which is why we wanted to transfer it to a paid plan with an account in our name. It would not make any sense to put the dev account into a paid plan since it will be deactivated after the transfer
