Project Transfer not possible even though on Hobby plan

Our developer created a personal / free account (with his GitHub account) and moved our database to Railway. For billing purposes we created a paid business account and want to transfer our project there. Our business account has already paid for the hobby plan, but the transfer is still not possible.

MySQL Memory Usage

Hey there, we just migrated to Railway and in the last 24h I saw that the memory usage is consistently at 500mb, without much traffic. Is that normal? / Do we have to expect at least 5$ sub + 10$ memory usage each month?
