Funeral Outfit with no dress clothes
Sorry for your loss. If the dress code calls for it and you have the funds, maybe your best option is to go to your nearest big box store or mall and buy some dark grey or navy slacks and a white shirt. They're items that are commonly available at a variety of price points.

First Bespoke Suits - any alteration needed?
Something doesn't seem to be playing well with the shape of your neck/shoulders, but it could be the photographs. Especially in the second one with the unnatural hand angle for the mirror shot.

How often do you wash your clothes?
I only wash my clothes when my cat tells me she's going to put me out with the litter and the trash if I don't.

First Bespoke Suits - any alteration needed?
so the charcoal one seems to have collar issues - these are not usually easily fixable.
the navy one looks short, and the pants look like they're too tapered for you - that's why they're rippling all over you. These are also not likely to be fixable as they'd require adding fabric that doesn't exist.

First Bespoke Suits - any alteration needed?
These photos are terrible but I'm not sure either fit you well, the collar lays badly on one and the other (I think, the colouring in these photos is terrible) looks short in the body. These are not easy/possible fixes.
Given the fabric comp are these actually bespoke or just low end/cheap made to measure?

Will a wavy perm save me?
I have head that if you're being pursued by organised crime, the first thing you should do to try and escape is get a wavy perm.

Colors?
Short answer: no.
Longer answer: this kind of deeply saturated colour/bright hue on a traditionally "formal" garment is incredibly difficult to do well in an everyday setting, to the extent that if you have to ask you probably can't achieve it.

Are solovairs actually better than doc martens?
Dr martens are also able to be resoled via the same method Solovair use (the sole is heat bonded to the rubber welt, rather than stitched). They just don't sell the soles on the open market like Solovair do and you technically have to go via the specific DM channel (or just use Solovair soles or find a cobbler with a link up).

Do you guys think Uniqlo's a decent brand for basics?
Smart collabs with respected designers (U with Lemaire, JW Anderson, Jil Sander etc) over the years.
Cuts and designs don't change all that frequently, making it fairly reliable in terms of sizing etc.
They tend to do items in their range in lots of safe colours, meaning basics for most wardrobes are at Uniqlo.
Mostly stick to fairly basic/minimal designs. Again, makes it work for a lot of people.
But also "thing, Japan" (which is not made in Japan) in the era of internet fashion.
My two pence: they're not really any better than inditex (Zara, bershka, Massimo dutti)/h&m group (h&m, cos, arket, weekday, monki)/whoever, just a different niche.
