cold weather shirts that aren't flannel?
Sorry if this is a dumb question, but any suggestions on shirts to buy for the fall and winter that aren't flannel? I feel like that's all I have. Materials/brands/ etc suggestions are welcome. This is 100% just for personal life, not work. Going out to dinners and such. Looking for casual and comfortable shirts. I'm mostly looking to do custom on Proper Cloth because they make shirts that actually fit me but open to any inspiration please!

Sportcoat or mismatched suit jacket?
I'm interested in this Suit/Sport coat:

But one thing I'm confused about. I learned from you guys on here that manufacturers will often sell suit seperates that actually look bad when worn seperately. I am trying to learn if that is the case here. Does the jacket look OK without the matching pants? What about the pants without the jacket?

can I wear 1.5in suspenders with a casual suit?
Going to a wedding Sunday that's casual and wearing a light grey hopsack suit. I've never worn suspenders before and bought some but now I'm reading that thinner is better for casual? Do I need to get thinner ones or can I stick with the 1.5in ones I bought?

chore coat with Short sizing?
Looking to get my first chore coat and finding it hard to get one with short sizing. Seems hard to find and most I've found have functional buttons so shortening the sleeves is expensive

best physical store for a budget minded wedding party?
Need to get suited for a groom and 5 groomsmen in NJ USA. Budget is low, ideal would be 300-400 range.
I'd prefer to just order Spier & McKay but don't think those guys know their sizes so trying to find a store.
Bonus points if you have ideas to match a champagne bridesmaids for October wedding. I thought maybe a forest green could be nice, champagne is so neutral.
