Trying out high rise trousers, how do these look?
I wear mine with breezy tencel shirts (l/s and s/s), OCBD’s tucked in for work, or tees and tennies/loafers for play

Depends on definition of casual. Chelsea boots can go between casual and formal. I like RMW dynamic flex craftsman which I have put my own insoles in to

I think I got mine from Jo Ann Fabrics or something. This is a little bit of a stretch but you could bring the pants and dab them with the marker to test before you buy?

You could try a fabric marker on the lines. I one bought a vintage sweatshirt that had some bleach spots on them and the fabric marker is nearly invisible. Unlikely folks will notice that corrective measure at the hem!
