Belt or no belt with high waisted pants?
If belt, any guidance on width and sizing vs your normal waist size?

It depends on how it looks with and without a belt
Impossible to say without knowing the pants/fit/style of belt
If it looks better with a belt wear a belt, and if it doesn’t, don’t
