I respect the anti-cheat system, but this was an honest mistake. I didn't even play a classic match or shoot anyone in any mode. As you can see, my intention wasn't to play the game with the IPA-I just wanted to test my FPS. I don't understand why the PUBG support team isn't being reasonable. I contacted them because they are not robots; they should be able to understand me. But they act like robots and don't even listen to me.
