I was experiencing FPS issues on my iPad and wanted to benchmark the game. After multiple attempts, I discovered that I needed to enable Developer Mode and activate the "Show Graphics HUD" option. I did this, but then realized I had to add the game to my developer account. Since I couldn't add it directly from the App Store, I downloaded the IPA file and transferred it to my iPad via USB from this site: "decrypt.day/app/id1330123889". Shortly after, I was banned for 10 years...

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
If your account is permanently suspended, you may also submit an Appeal request through the community support form....

Is it really possible to get it back? Or i will waste my time?
It is only possible if an account was wrongfully suspended. If the account is confirmed to have a violation, the account suspension will remain intact. You may submit the appeal request and wait patiently.
Is the ipa a violation worth 10 years? I guess they can just say yes it's violation what else can i do

What did they want? I already said in my email that I filed a claim and it was rejected.
If it is rejected, it means that this account is confirmed to have a violation and the account suspension will not be lifted. There is nothing else we can do to help you with this.

@AVATAR IPA files are encrypted by developers, if you are sideloding IPA files then you are decrypting (You can also see the website name, it sounds similar). Using decrypting IPA files many hacks are performed by modifying game files. So, I think the game has some anti cheat mechanism that deducted that game files haven't been modified, and decrypting required to modify the game files.
I respect the anti-cheat system, but this was an honest mistake. I didn't even play a classic match or shoot anyone in any mode. As you can see, my intention wasn't to play the game with the IPA-I just wanted to test my FPS. I don't understand why the PUBG support team isn't being reasonable. I contacted them because they are not robots; they should be able to understand me. But they act like robots and don't even listen to me.
