account hacking and ban
I received a 10-year ban for cheating, although I played official tournaments from PUBGM, including tournaments that took place on LAN, all the evidence is there, before my account was banned, my account was logged in from another device and after that the ban arrived, in short, my account was hacked and banned using cheats, is there any way to solve this problem?

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
If your account is permanently suspended, you may also submit an Appeal request through the community support form....

Pubgm support is really bad, i mailed them 3 times i got always the same answer but you can try:

Have you filled the community support form? If so, then please wait for the response. You should also be aware that there are tons of cases like this that the support people have to review.
Same I got banned after my acc got hacked even I recoverd but it says violating and I didn't do anything
so you understand that I play tournaments, I need an urgent unban of my account
