Screws too short to mount board into case?
No worries, haha I was pretty confused to why your top plate looked so weird in the 2nd pic then I realized the first picture didn't have the top plate.

Also I think you put the top plate over the switches, you need to stack the plate first then insert the switches into the plate (currently you have pcb-switches-topplate should be pcb-topplate-switches)

@evoxalien Hi I assume you tried to put together the stand offs and screws once you stacked everything together. Did you attach the screws and standoff to the case first ?

Bluetooth won't connect on Windows 11.
Hmm personally i always need to restart my bluetooth service on linux on the first connection wonder if its the same issue. Try restarting the Bluetooth service (like actually go into services and restart not just turn Bluetooth on and off)

Mainly the back of the pcb and the nice view soldering should just rerun your soldering iron onto the terminals

It looks like the solder is collecting at the top of the pins

Hmm interesting, it does happen alot more with my laptop (ubuntu) at home which has had a lot of bluetooth issues the bluetooth chip and the drivers are pretty bad (mediatek mt7921 I think)

Not yet ill try the latest zmk firmware and new switches afterwork. I haven't tried swapping in new switches yet since it seems to be impacting almost all keys.

I did the firmware with the settting reset then did the typeractive firmware since I had some sort of pairing issue a few weeks ago. I think it was happening before but happening more since the fix.
