Bluetooth won't connect on Windows 11.

I've got everything set up correctly and have tried clearing the bluetooth profiles more times than I can count. I've successfully connected to 2 android phones and an Apple phone but can't get my board to bluetooth to my windows pc.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble connecting to Windows 11. First, ensure your PC supports at least BLE 4.2. If other devices connect, it likely does. Since phones connect but your PC doesn't, the issue is likely with the PC. Try updating drivers or using an alternate BLE card. See our Keyboard Won't Pair guide for more info. Let me know if that helps! I'm here to assist further. Just reply or tag me.

I have the latest driver version and checked that my device supports BLE 4.2 and it does. How should I go about resolving this?

Thanks for confirming. Since phones connect but your PC doesn't, the issue is likely with the PC's Bluetooth configuration. Some users have reported success with these steps: 1. Open Device Manager. 2. Locate your Bluetooth adapter. 3. Right-click and select "Uninstall device". 4. Restart your computer. Windows will automatically reinstall the driver. If that doesn't work, an alternate BLE card may be needed. See our Keyboard Won't Pair guide for more info. Let me know if that helps! I'm here to assist further. Just reply or tag me.

Hmm personally i always need to restart my bluetooth service on linux on the first connection wonder if its the same issue. Try restarting the Bluetooth service (like actually go into services and restart not just turn Bluetooth on and off)
