I swear to God it's gray industrial paint. Multiple washes have not rid me of the pseudo-cum stain. Is there any way to salvage this?

Thrifting: how to tell the difference between a men's and women's suit jacket
Yes yes gender is stupid and people can wear what they want but I'm reminded about that one scene from The Office where people tease Michael Scott about wearing a "women's" jacket that he found in the dumpster. Is there a difference? How can you tell?
