Getting into jewelry - looking for advice
Real pearls can be pretty cheap on eBay, downside is it can be tricky to tell how good they are from the photos. IMO even the shittiest pearls are better than all but the best faux pearls

Jewelry
If you can find a vintage shop that specializes in jewelry that's better. Regular vintage shops are more likely to have costume and fashion jewelry.

Mejuri I guess but if anything I'd try stuff on at their stores to see what you like then just buy it on eBay.

Huaraches for larger feet
Thanks for the suggestions! I think the Keens aren't quite what I'm looking for, I was hoping for more of a classic huarache. I ended up buying from Xankla on Etsy, I had been hitting my head against a wall trying to find someone who made them in my size on there but for some reason none of them were showing up until I filtered by location for Mexico. I'll post my thoughts on here when I get them

And what the purity of the silver is (meaning that the alloy is 92.5% silver which is standard)

FYI a hallmark is a bare minimum sort of thing, it doesn't mean that the silver is high quality just that it's actually silver

LF PNW Native Peoples (Traditional) Jewelry
I'm not surprised that you're mostly seeing southwestern jewelry--the silver/turquoise style that you're used to seeing is not that old and was inspired by Spanish jewelry. It was always made with the non-Native market in mind, and it's the primary Native jewelry tradition to become mainstream outside of the tribe that invented it. (Of course there are still plenty of Navajo and other Native Americans that wear and make it, these are living and evolving cultures and being a relatively new tradition doesn't make it "inauthentic")

LF PNW Native Peoples (Traditional) Jewelry
I'll preface this by saying I've never been to the PNW and this is just stuff I googled/some stuff I kind of know in the back of my head so take it with a grain of salt. It's a bit of a hike, but I think you'll have better luck looking closer to Lewiston and the Nez Perce Reservation: the Nimiipuu/Nez Perce have a long history of jewelry making (that's where the name "Nez Perce" comes from) although they don't make it with precious metals and stones like the Navajo, it's usually made from elk bone, porcupine quill, and glass beads. The Nez Perce Tribe has a list of member-owned businesses on their website: https://nezperce.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/11/NPT-Business-Directory-2024-small.pdf It looks like a lot of the businesses under "Arts and Crafts" make jewelry, but there doesn't tend to be much info online, they mostly just have facebook or ig pages. You can probably dm some of them to see if you can have things shipped to you if you don't want to travel 2 hours each way to buy earrings. I also found this shop in Lewiston, but they seem to not have most of their stock available online compared to what shows on their Google Maps page: https://www.nezpercetraditions.com/shop/jewelry-accessories/3?page=1&limit=30&sort_by=category_order&sort_order=asc

Wedding Ring
Consider the material--Gold is traditional in part because it doesn't tarnish. Titanium should also be good if it's not plated. I would avoid brass/bronze, silver, or anything plated since you'll have to take them off any time you expose them to water. Anything with a plating is also inherently not bifl since the plating will chip off over time (not sure how big of a deal it would be to replace the ring after some time, but some people put a lot of stock in the symbolism of having one ring to rule them all last for the rest of your life together).

One non-clothing shop I would recommend checking out is The Spice House. There are other spice stores that run on a similar model but most of them were founded by former employees or family members. Also O'Hare has really good food: The Publican has an outpost at O'Hare, and Tortas Frontera has a few locations.

Does anyone know where I can get jewelry like the ones in this video?
https://discord.com/channels/1116793467654381685/1137088371055927416 is a good place to start for jewelry recs. There's a ton of different styles of jewelry on here, are there specific pieces you want to look more into? Most of this is very heavy, so if you're looking at solid gold it'll be very expensive (especially at current gold prices). Think about if you're open to gold plated or secondhand since that'll reduce the price. My general recs for gold jewelry are eBay and Ruby Lane for secondhand, and Sarraf or Mejuri for new. I've also heard good things about Jacoje but I've never bought there myself. If you want gold plated I would go cheap since it's not built to last--look on Etsy and Aliexpress, and try to pay something in the low double digits if possible.

Gold or silver with my skin tone?
I disagree, I think both gold and silver look good on basically everyone. Like Smiles said, it's really just personal preference.

thinking of getting women’s wide pants but don’t know the size
BR is pretty good about returns and exchanges. For these I would size down one from what the size guide says (keep in mind the size guide is based on your actual waist measurement, not the tag size on men's pants which is usually vanity sized)

thinking of getting women’s wide pants but don’t know the size
I have a pair of the Siena pants. I'm 6'3" and normally wear 32x34 or 34x34 depending on the brand. I got a 12 Tall, I might have been able to size down one, and I ended up shortening the legs by about an inch. The inseam measurement is accurate but the crotch sits low so you might not need as long of an inseam as you normally do. There's a fair amount of extra material so you should also be able to lengthen them by a couple inches if you need to. The waistband has internal adjusters so you can tighten it by up to 2 inches. I wouldn't call the material stretchy but it's slightly stretchier than pure wool. You could style these pants in a way that looks masculine or feminine, but by themselves they don't look girly.

Fit for leather jackets
It looks like this jacket is cut on the slimmer side so that might mean that the fit is ok. You can email customer support for garment measurements and compare those to a jacket that fits you well (they might not be able to provide the measurements but it doesn't hurt to ask).

Where to find proper fitting shirts and hoodies
I'm 6'3" and all my cropped shirts are technically women's shirts that I got on eBay. It'll be trickier to find long sleeve things that fit but you can filter for tall sizes--I'm guessing you're between a 16-20 Tall depending on the brand (go by garment measurements as @kyn said)
