I can only think there is some wire connection issue or with the pins on the board, which I hot glued

My orbiter sensor file. I'll also note that my oribter filament runout is brand new and I've used it a couple of days with no issue till now.

According the chatgpt there is no significant difference between you file and mine (It broke down the specific differences). Mine is later and it actually said the code has improved logic.

Pillowing on very top surface
No ironing was done. The fact there is over extrusion clearly at the gaps on infill might indicate too much flow at the bridging layer as you suggest @McSneaky. But I'm not sure why it's only so pronounced at the top layer.

Pillowing on very top surface
So this might not fix an underlying issue. But I fix this by increasing the layer height to 0.28 mm.
On a 0.5 nozzle and CF PETG 0.2mm seems to come out like this on my printer.

Here it is. I think my input shaper vales are better now I put the ADXL closer to the nozzle.

I've tried saving to the printer.cfg as well as just save_config. Just in case.

Ahh right. Yes ran IS several times and also tried off. 3rd party took a look at the graphs and all looks good

Re-printed and redid the ratrig parts and reseated the motors. No change. Did you replace your right motor?
