Orbiter keeps giving random false runouts

Hi Everyone, I have an orbiter 2.0 on my RR vcore 3.1, and Ive been getting false runouts lately on the orbiter. Its really annoying coming into my room seeing my print paused and filament unloaded for no reason. Im using this orbitersensor.cfg, I havent really had to change much in a long time but this has been giving me issues. Could it be a hardware issue?

Hello not sure if you still dealing with this issue I got the same runout sensor and extruder i have tweaked mine however a bit maybe want to give it a try? you might have to edit the pins as i work with it on the ebb toolboard.

Hi what tweaking did you do? Have the same issue. According the chatgpt there is no significant difference between you file and mine (It broke down the specific differences). Mine is later and it actually said the code has improved logic.

This is my runout that happens now and then. Seemingly randomly.

My orbiter sensor file. I'll also note that my oribter filament runout is brand new and I've used it a couple of days with no issue till now.

That is strange had no such issue with my files. I changed my temperature first and mostly as well as some distance settings for the extruded filament as evertyime I removed filament it ended up showing weird and blocking the path as well which for me caused a similar issue also mine extrudes a little bit before it retracts the filament cause i felt the standard was more of a yank movement causeing it to break for mine cause all other kinds of issues too

Ok so no issues on triggering for you. I can only think there is some wire connection issue or with the pins on the board, which I hot glued
