Ocean LODs saved in a weird way that messes with Shaders

Certain LODs will unrender behind you and its impossible to fix it
When you fly near the "broken" LODs, they render just before you reach them, as showcased by the couple chunks that I was directly over which unrendered when I flew away. It's leaving huge parts of my map unrendered even though I've already made the LODs. They're clearly already saved seeing as how they show up when you get close, but isn't the whole point that they stay when you leave the area?

DH 2.0 cant use previously generated files on servers
I'm joining into a server repeatedly on 1.17.1, and each time, a new folder is being generated in the server file. I generated almost a gigabytes worth of LODs previously and it sucks that DH just doesnt want to use them.
