DH seems to think that there are multiple "surface layers" in the water, causing it to tell the shader to apply the water's specular reflection multiple times, adding up until the water's practically chrome

DH 2.0 cant use previously generated files on servers
is this the only fix? this multiplayer server uses multiple dimensions
