GUI shop or some kinda shop plugin can run a command, any command you need, to accomplish this. Im sure you’ll figure it out. Alternatively have crates, and sell crate keys for x anount of money

Its also possible a player built a machine to slow down your server. I believe youd be able to find the coordinates in a spark report if such a machine existed

Crates plugin with pity system

Also, brainstorm a bit and youll figure something out. Excellent crates runs a command when you win, so you can really connect it with any other plugin and implement a pity reward. just depends what you want. Maybe give them vote points? Install a gui shop plugin and give them a special item they can trade in a the gui shop? Personally, I have the items in the crates set to a specific rarity and players know the risk of spinning and getting something not so good
