What's your PLEB?
Plan/Players
Location
Edition
Budget
we need more info than that
I mean overall, what is accepted as the general best server host?
I donโt really have a plan. Players idk yet, location is north Florida, java edition, low budget. i want bang for my buck
low budget and pufferfish?
you should go with servcity instead
if u got a pc u don't use, u could host one on there - only if ur playing with a couple friends tho
ok
iโll check it out thx
Look into sparkedhost. They have a Miami Datacenter and I've been working with them for my server needs for +5 years. Their team is willing to help and they usually have deals and discounts seasonally that are generous. I believe the Christmas one is still going on. They also have trials you can try out for hosting too to see if it fits your need.

Sparked Host โ Minecraft Server Hosting
Sparked Host - Minecraft Server Hosting
At Sparked Host, we offer the best Minecraft Server Hosting with high-quality hardware and 24/7 support all for a cheap price. Start today for as low as $0.50/gb.
hetzner if youre going for big playercounts. By far the cheapest with great systems. Only downside is they dont have any dedicated servers in the US
Sparkedhost is good too
and their antiddos sucks
so you need to get external
yep thats what ive heard haha
any opinion on gamocosm
https://gamocosm.com
Gamocosm - The open source Realms alternative
Gamocosm is an open source Realms alternative. It helps you host cloud Minecraft servers.
Horrible
Digitalocean is shite performance, expensive as hell
Did a comparison on cloud with do and hetzner
Hetzner was like 4x faster drives 20x networking, faster cpu etc
For 1/4th the cost.
Or less
oh i didnโt notice it was digitalocean LOL
"Why pay 24/7 if you don't play 24/7?
Gamocosm automates setting up and maintaining Minecraft servers on DigitalOcean (no referral), a cloud server provider. You only need to pay per hour, so Gamocosm users average just $0.50-$2 a month." Yeah
i found that when i was like 5 i didnโt really look at the site just asked here cuz yeah
if you want cheap and arenโt going for a big server Apex is pretty user friendly and cheap-ish
actually i havenโt looked at the prices in a long time, but it used to be cheap-ish
What
Didnt see the message below oops
But yeah it aint cheap, panel sucks, etc
lmao yikes i take it back ๐
Panel isnt too bad for a beginner, but I always just SSHโd in on my own
outside of it
