Account Hacked
My friend account logins got changed a good while now and I decided that as I can ask the questions in the pubg discord, I can try to help him out. He has no form of logins to it again, he can provide information on what device he was logged in to it with before etc. He made a new account now but still wants his old back. What should he do?

UC Banned Account Balance Inquiry
There is this friend of mine whom I just met, and he told me that he is UC Banned, he has been putting UC so that they can claim it back but he wants to know what is the remaining amount he has to repay, how can he check the remaining balance of UC he has to repay on the account?

Payment Issues
I purchased some UC on my account via Apple directly from the game, It came and then after 3 seconds it disappeared before I even touched or do anything else on the game.
