UC Banned Account Balance Inquiry
There is this friend of mine whom I just met, and he told me that he is UC Banned, he has been putting UC so that they can claim it back but he wants to know what is the remaining amount he has to repay, how can he check the remaining balance of UC he has to repay on the account?

He already contacted customer support, it's kinda useless
He said its telling him
"the system is being upgraded. Unable to check your total UC purchases"
So if you could type out something so I could direct him to where and what to click that would be good.
If the response customer service provided was not helpful, you can redirect your friend to create a post with a description, numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation on the official support subreddit.
