Account Hacked
My friend account logins got changed a good while now and I decided that as I can ask the questions in the pubg discord, I can try to help him out. He has no form of logins to it again, he can provide information on what device he was logged in to it with before etc. He made a new account now but still wants his old back. What should he do?

Please contact the customer service for further assistance with lost or stolen accounts.
You may submit an account recovery request through in-game at the login page of the game by selecting Help > Login Issue > Account Recovery > Submit Claim.
If your issue is not resolved after receiving a response, you may create a post through https://ptb.discord.com/channels/393088095840370689/1219166294105133086 with a description, your numeric user identification and a screenshot of the customer service conversation. Please note that you will need to submit the support requests through the official support subreddit for now....

He said he tried that and it didnt work. "The account recovery thing didn't work because Pubg denied my request" - said by him
Your ticket will be declined if you are unable to accurately provide all the information that the in-game customer service have requested from you, or that it does not match with what they have. You will have to cross-check again, or else they will not be able to assist you any further.
What should he do when the account recovery option says "Your account has made a successful claim in the last 3 months. Unable to make a claim' ?
So he can resend whatever information they need.
In this case, you can create a post in the official support subreddit for further assistance.
