Is there any kind of order of operation in printer.cfg anything documented?

The original order must be kept, because the following sections/includes can and will be overwritten by the next,

# which main mcu board, which defines default for pins names and stuff
[include RatOS/boards/btt-skr-pro-12/config.cfg]
# defined / include your extruder, which assumes by default it is connected to the main MCU 
[include RatOS/extruders/orbiter-1004.cfg]
# Later overwrite those defaults with (my) reality it is connected to an other MCU
[include RatOS/boards/btt-ebb36-12/toolboard-config.cfg]

Homing Modification

Hi, I would look into these RatOS Vars

# Possible Values: 'middle' or an absolute x coordinate
variable_safe_home_x: "middle"
# Possible Values: 'middle' or an absolute y coordinate
variable_safe_home_y: "middle"

rpi don’t start on the same time

Hi, hard to tell what's happening with it connected without a monitor connected. But here is how you can check/set the boot order https://linuxhint.com/change-boot-option-raspberry-pi/

rpi don’t start on the same time

Does the pi boot normal when power is connected without the controller connected? Did you try with the controller connected and a monitor connected? Maybe it shows an error. Or maybe the pi does try to boot from USB with the controller connected, so try to change that to SD?

Hi, just a wild guess. Does the skrat have a jumper "powered by usb" and it is enabled? Maybe it draws to much power at start.
