Does DH "make up" chunks with Distant Generation?
I'm trying to create the LODs of a large map i downloaded, the map is already generated, i only need to create the "cache" let's say, i tried using distant generation but it seems like, it makes up things?, like it adds snow or trees where there aren't, i don't report this as a bug since i guess it's how the generator is meant to work, but i do wonder how does it work anyways?, does it takes the seed and makes a kind of approximation?

Do chunk LODs generated by distant generations count as generated chunks?
I have a modded world, in which i pre generated tons of chunks using chunky, from which Distant Horizons generated even more LOD chunks, the question i got is that if those chunks generated by DH count as chunks generated by the player, so for example, if i install a new structure mod, would it be able to generate on one of those previously generated LOD chunks? even if i didn't visit them before, or does DH already set their content and therefore i have to go to new chunks in order to see new structures, biomes, etc?

Does Sinytra Connector work ok with DH?
I want to install some mods from fabric, but i don't know if it might cause a problem due to DH having both fabric and forge versions in the same .jar

Is there any way of making Dh compatible with Alex Caves?
I know that by disabling
biome_ambient_light_coloring you can make DH work again, but even then the LODs in Alex Caves don't work, is there any way of making them work?7 replies
