Help 120hz but stuck at 60hz
Your only option is to get a new phone that has better specs to run 60 or more fps or just tweak it with gfx tool (Risky) or find a suitalble custom rom that allows you to unlock 60 fps without modifying pubg files

Thats cpu throttling and like the other guy said unfortunately your phone cpu cant handle pubg to run 60 fps in a long run

There are custom roms that can open 60 fps or 90 and 120 fps option. Just gotta find one that is suitable on your device
