Lily Pichu Collaboration

I logged into the game today and came across the LilyPichu Collaboration event. It even gave me a basic edition voice pack but now I can’t see it. Is that a bug or was it an event that was supposed to come later and got removed for that reason? I was planning to get the full voice pack but right now, i have only the basic edition. So, my question is When will it be available, or has it already been released and it’s just not showing up for me? Also, which server it is available on?
