Banned for the 4th time for literarly nothing.

You can dispute a ban here: https://support-valorant.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360003537994 That said, they probably have a reason to suspend your account. Try to think of anything system related that you may have installed (eg. the reason why you turned off memory integrity).
Also if you've shared ur account with anyone, your account may have been flagged based on what they may have done; even while using other accounts on their PC. The only way to dispute this, though, is to talk to Riot. Good luck.

Do I still get ranked gun buddy of the highest I’ve been last act?

Every act as long as you've won at least 9 matches, you'll get an act rank which is the highest rank you left a match win with that act. At the end of the episode you get a buddy for the highest act rank you achieved that episode.

Why do riot support smurf elo boosting?

playing well in a game isn't against the terms; the game has features to move good players to a higher skill group. boosting others is against the terms, though. And so is throwing matches to lower your mmr. anything else is kinda hard to do anything about.

Smurfing isn't against the rule, but boosting is. That said, it's hard to detect and enforce.

vyse wall can break?

The voice lines there for when you try to put the wall on something like the spike. The game still lets you put the wall there, but when it forms it just won't come up and I'll get that voice line.

This is normal. As long as you didn't get a popup you weren't banned. Also now if you have a voice chat ban you can't even play team based matches, so you're good. It's prbly just glitched.

Sometimes the voice chat is just broken. A restart can help, but sometimes it just starts working after a day.

It should always be at the center; and the checkbox should always be unchecked.
