you should open a ticket with riot and explain that you play at internet cafes.
it may or may not help tho. a riot anticheat dev posted recently that they've started to raise the bar for internet cafes, so you may be stuck.

you could try to open a ticket with riot. they will prbly just tell you to enable tpm on ur pc (and use a pc with tpm 2.0 and windows 11 support).

if riot suspects your account, they'll require you to have tpm enabled. they could suspect ur account because what stuff you did, or because of stuff that was done on a pc your account was used on.

Framerates are all over the place with Valorant. My min is much higher but the range is crazy.
Check ur mouse polling rate tho. If you have a high polling rate mouse, turn on the Raw Input Buffer setting and it should help.

No. It's baked into the interface and there are no macros/console/commands to bind stuff to in Valorant.

You can report any player on the website, even if it's beyond 20 matches. Just make sure you have evidence they were either cheating, disrupting matches, boosting or being boosting, and their username.

How do I get out of lower ranks after the rank reset? This is genuinely unbearable.
Some players troll during placements thinking it doesn't matter and tank their MMR. You can avoid them by just waiting a few weeks after the reset to let them get back to their elo. As long as you're performing in ur games, tho, when you win, you should get more RR than when you lose.
Just don't leave matches or afk or you'll get an RR penalty even on a win.

how does new rank reset work?
when the servers are down before an episode, riot clears out ranks above ascendant 1. this means everyone's ranks are compressed into fewer divisions.
when the servers are back, everyone's rating is temporarily hidden (unranked), but when they play 5 matches, their new rank is revealed.
during those matches your hidden skill rating moves a little faster just in case you weren't playing a lot or they got something wrong.

Start with the first, then switch to the second. Eventually you'll be tagged up and won't be able to strafe.
