why do i get less rr compared to others?
If it moves as fast and whenever ur hidden skill rating changed you'd be like wtf. So they show you a more stable visible rank rating and have features to help it catch up.

Ur RR is just another skill rating. But it has rules that prevent it from moving very fast. It lags behind, can only go up on a win or tie and down on a loss.
You get more or less sometimes because it lagged too far behind that faster hidden skill rating.

You get RR based on how far ur rank is from the range Riot wants for people at ur skill level. If you did well that match you'll get a performance bonus.
Besides the performance bonus stuff, it isn't related to ur combat score.

You need to run the game in windowed mode or it will become hidden if you switch tasks. You can toggle windowed mode with F11 I believe.

Does anyone know why i got that high rank players?
Keep in mind that that's their last act rank. They could have dropped since then.
Also, as the message explained, there could be a party. If the party has people at the max allowed rank disparity, it could lead to you being chosen to create the same disparity on the other team.

Just mean as long as it's wired to ur ISP modem or router, and ur not on a cellular/wireless plan with ur ISP, it's time to switch. You've done a lot to give them a chance to fix things.

As long as there's no wireless or cellular stuff between you and ur ISP, there's not much u can do beyond what you've done.

If this is important to you, and since they're not helping, you should definitely let them know you'll be switching if this isn't fixed and then find alternatives.

It's for the best. 2 factor auth and never giving anything (or any site) your actual username and password is the play. If a site needs to use the API on ur behalf, they should get an oauth token.

I think you've reached the point where you need to contact your ISP and let them know that you're paying for consistent latency. Depending on the ISP, they'll either help you out (and refund you for time that you've been observing issues) or; you gotta find an alternative.

It's an IP in Riot's network. They wanted them to graph latency towards their game servers. Their game servers don't respond to pings, but it will show the latency to the closest peer.

There's a glitch in the patch where they show you this screen from the new starter missions even for old accounts. You gotta just disregard this. You already have all the rewards.
