Valorant support is actually horrible
I recently contacted riot support about a ban I got. I put a lot of effort into explaining my situation and all I got was a pre written reply that sounded like ChatGPT wrote it. They didn’t even try to help me and didn’t say anything about what I wrote. I got the standard reply to a ticket about this topic but there was nothing about my individual case. I went back and forth with them and after I said that I’d leave a very bad review for sure they suddenly started listing a lot of things that I supposedly did that were against their rules. So they pretty much just said “alright fck you”. Did anyone else experience something like this too/ what should I do now?

Got banned for saying bad things which is actually like half of the truth. I was on a student exchange for a year and gave my account to my older brother so he can play with skins
