trying to use a 2nd gpu (a310) paired with my 4080 and 7900x. When I installed the IntelGPU now i stutter every 5 seconds even with the drivers updated

why is my pc rendering slow?
i have a 3090 and a 5900x and it takes an hour to render a 1080p video. this doesnt seem right
