Crash report
It's a crash in obfuscated feather code so we can't do anything for you. Just install normal fabric without feather if you want to play with Iris.

It's possible this is a different issue but the above linked NVIDIA issue has largely been responsible for all of the "game crashes out of nowhere with no clear cause or stacktrace when running with Sodium / etc" issues I've seen reported recently

Crash with just Iris and Sodium
The NVIDIA driver applies custom optimizations to Minecraft when it detects newer versions, and some newly-added optimizations are known to break Sodium and other rendering mods, which means that to fix the crashes you have to make it fail to detect that a newer version of Minecraft is running

alternatively, I don't know a way to do this off the top of my head but if you can find a mod to change the window title (so that you can remove the "1.18.2" version number from the title) would also likely fix the crash
