i got same issue, my account just got hacked 3 days ago. i was searching for help, even provide proof of purchased something (from playstore). idk if i will get rejected or approved by the official team, but i really hope i get my account back, the account might still have my HACKED email, and i can proof the email was mine (but the password already changed and got 2 step verification already). I've been playing the game almost 7 years with the account, since 2018 i never shared or clicking on any random link POP UP for a scam to login with my PUBG account, idk how this hacker just somehow got my email and erased my whole PHONE, and now this device does not even a REGULAR device that I've been using for the account to sumbit a recovery in-game
