I've make a form in pubgmlive support and in-game claim, both rejected. How am I supposed to show proof of all UC purchased? (from Midasbuy or any of them)

is there anyway to put more than just one of proof of UC purchased?
iv tired everything the customer support keeps sending me email to file a claim in game which i cant because it says i should use a regular device. ive answered all their questions and sent videos off all my receipts and submitted it on pubgmobilelive/support
except they ask for further info, that's how i can show all the receipts of UC purchased or other item from in-game purchased
the 4th time getting emailed like this

if you make a form in pubgmobile.live/support you might be able to make a in-game claim, that's what i did before

seems kinda hard to get back our own account back
i don’t even think they get accounts back at this point

account stolen from many years
this is why i was hoping for, to get my account back since it was hacked on this day
guess we should ask them cuz i don’t understand why it takes so long to get a reply. the hacker can ban my account if he feels like or sell it

what use is recovering a 10 year banned account

except that you still want it, or you have spend money on the account like buying skin and you love to get it back
