standard stretch headbands have generally done the trick for me. when my hair was long enough i’d tie it in a bun, and that worked for most things other than movements that required lying flat on my back (bench press mainly)

yeah, i go to a salon and mine does them with no extra charge, she usually asks if i want them done and then does them quickly before wrapping up if i say yes

mine is more medium length now (too short to tie), but when it was shoulder length i would do the tie in a bun and out the back move most of the time
