How do I use CloudFlare nameservers?
I'm in a bit of a bind. I recently registered a new domain with CloudFlare. At the time, I didn't know that CloudFlare forced its free users to use their nameservers. I can't transfer my domain to a different registrar because of the 60-day restriction. There are a number of things that I'd like to do, but I'm not sure what is and isn't possible. Chief among these is to self-host a DNS server. I'm also using DigitalOcean to host some services, and I'd like to point my domain to their nameservers if I don't end up creating my own DNS server. Complicating all this, while CloudFlare doesn't allow me to change nameservers, I am able to add NS records to my domain. I'm not really sure what this does, and how it is different from the nameservers CloudFlare has my domain locked into. Thanks for any help.
