VPN Split Tunneling

So here's my setup: My current internet connection doesn't allow me to port forward, so I got a VPS and put a VPN (WireGuard) on it. I'm running my Minecraft server on my PC (it's got great specs for server). For now, I'm also using it as my daily driver PC, though this may change. My VPS host gives me a limited amount of included bandwidth. It's not a small amount to be sure, but I don't want to chew it up watching YouTube. At the same time, it's necessary to run my server. That being said, here's my issue: I want all my Minecraft server (running Windows 10) traffic to be routed through my VPN (WireGuard), but I the rest of my PCs traffic to use my normal internet connection. I've tried several things with no success. Any ideas?
