Bed Mesh V-Core 500 tilted (Front right low, back left High 0.77 difference)
Okay, so i've done a few prints and meshes now. It seems to have been fixed. I cant believe that the screws werent tight enough... I really had to wrench on them. Now i still have a dip in the Front right corner, but hat seems to be my Bed, because it is consistent over multiple prints.
Thank you again for your input 😄

The screws where already tight but i cranked them to the limit, now the z tilt works with .o11 point range. Thank you!
I'll test the mesh again and will see what it did.

Could it be that my one motor is somewhat faulty and not doing the correct amount of steps or something?`
So far i've tried almost everything. Switching from 3D Touch sensor to clicky, cause I thought the 3D Touch wasn't okay. Lubing all z Rods and now swapping the 2209 BTT Drivers on my board... I'm absolutely at my wits end and so dang frustrated with this printer...

Now the question remains is .02 drift in 10 probes good or just meh 😅

Z-Axis wanders when moving
I couldn't let it be... After reaplying the silicone Oil again I disasembled the coupling at the stepper and found some metal shavings resting on the plastic. I cleaned it and found a problem, The Screw holding the coupling to the leadscrew came loose. after retightening everything and checking the other screws I reran the probe_calibrate
First
probe accuracy results: maximum 1.083766, minimum 1.058141, range 0.025625, average 1.067109, median 1.066266, standard deviation 0.006903

Thank you so much for your input that it could be binding, without that I wouldnt have checked if all the screws in the couplings were tight!

Z-Axis wanders when moving
I only did 10 cycles with the dial gauge, but in total between z-tilt, bed mesh and other tests I must have done around 50?
All of them showed a drift in Z. I thought the weight of the Bed would eliminate backlash in a vertical System?

Could you tell me the colors from the stepper plug and in which order they go in to your board as reference? ^^

Manta M8P + CB1 Stepper Error
Okay, I seem to have f-ed up the wiring... After switching wires to a different motor the error persisted on z. After disconnecting the wires The error popped up at z2. After disconnecting that z3 and so on until I had no wires connected.
Now how should the plug be wired up correctly? Because in theory nothing should have been bad as I matched the A's and B's correctly...
By the way thank you a lot for answering my questions.

That would mean If I switch the motors around, lets say connect the X Cable to the z driver and test again, a different driver should show the error? I'll try that real quick

Manta M8P + CB1 Stepper Error
To be honest I dont know If they would have been. I've looked up the pinout for the octopus (https://teamgloomy.github.io/images/btt_octopus_1.1_pins.png) and noticed that the wires are arranged A1,A2,B1,B2. Now the manta m8p V1.0 (https://raw.githubusercontent.com/bigtreetech/Manta-M8P/master/Hardware/BIGTREETECH%20MANTA%20M8P%20V1.0%20PinOut.png) says 2B,2A,1A,1B. I thought it could cause problem not switching the wires up so I did.

For the three z Motors I used the wires supplied with my order. I just switched the wires around so the wiring from the octopus matched my manta one.

Manta M8P + CB1 Stepper Error
I was fairly certain I already did, but to be safe I switched the drivers around again and used one of the two spares aswell. After a fresh Restart of the Printer I got this error: TMC 'stepper_z1' reports error: DRV_STATUS: 001300e0 s2vsb=1(LowSideShort_B!) ola=1(OpenLoad_A!) olb=1(OpenLoad_B!) cs_actual=19
After that every other time I restarted the firmware I got TMC 'stepper_z' reports error: GSTAT: 00000002 drv_err=1(ErrorShutdown!)
Then I shut down everything again, pulled the plug and restarted again. The first time tis error was shown: TMC 'stepper_z' reports error: DRV_STATUS: 001300e0 s2vsb=1(LowSideShort_B!) ola=1(OpenLoad_A!) olb=1(OpenLoad_B!) cs_actual=19
After that every other time I tried the regular one was shown: TMC 'stepper_z' reports error: GSTAT: 00000002 drv_err=1(ErrorShutdown!)
Sidenote while trying to hotplug the 2209 Drivers one burned up on me. Stupid mistake... But as far as I can tell the Board was not damaged by it.
