Custom Fitted In Ear Monitors w/ Microphone?
One other thing you could potentially consider is a Rodecaster Duo (or Pro II) with a studio mic on the first mic channel and a wireless lav from Rode (like the RODE Wireless PRO) on the second mic channel and switching between them when you need to be farther away from the normal studio mic setup.

Generally speaking though, consider the IEM and the microphone solution to be 2 separate things. Get the best fit for both for your solution.

There's also the Crown CM-311A and DPA 4488 (by the way, this stuff gets expensive in a hurry 😆).

Stage mics for performance are usually something like a Countryman E6 (https://www.countryman.com/product/e6-earset/) or H6 (https://www.countryman.com/product/h6-headset/) which no are not typically part of the IEM solution, just a mic.
