Explore posts from serversDatabase run out of storage space
Hi,
My postgres Database has just run out of storage overnight, and now not booting up because of that.
Are there any recommended approached for how to get a copy of that data or something so I can actually get the DB back online?
Since I'm on Hobby, I'm unable to upgrade storage to help things.

Database volume size
Hi, I've just attempted to move my database from Databases V1 to Databases V2 (manually, since I had problems using the automated solution on other projects... and I need to do it in a way which minimises downtime), and I've hit the 5GB database size limit on DB V2 whilst migrating my data.
Can this 5GB limit be increased on the Hobby plan?
Doubling the amount I'm paying to run my systems on Railway by upgrading to Pro isn't really an option for me at the moment - and I really don't want to have to move off of Railway.

Database Connection Issues
Hi,
I'm running various Node.JS projects using Prisma on Railway, which connect to a database on RDS.
Yesterday, one of my projects started being unable to connect to the database, giving very regular errors.
I've since redeployed that project a few times and eventually it seems to be working again (I guess now running on a different one of your servers or something).... however now one of my other Projects suddenly has that problem and I'm not sure on the best way to go about resolving it. :/
Anyone got any suggestions on ways to resolve this?
Thanks in advance.

Rebooting Postgres Instance
Hi. I've just moved one of my databases from a self-hosted PostgreSQL database to a Railway Postgres instance.
Due to copying quite a large amount of data, my CPU usage and Memory usage spiked for a while (expected), and CPU usage has gone back down for the most part... but memory usage still at ~7.5GB.
I'm guessing that rebooting the Postgres instance would probably lower that memory usage some.
I can't see anything in the panel to reboot my Postgres instance, is there any way to do this?
