Did you move from an onboard network chip to a stand alone network card? I'm wondering if you're not having a power issue.

If your network card randomly disconnects that could be the cause of your packetloss. I think Windows Event Viewer should show if the network card disconnects.

Not 100% necessary, but do you have another ethernet cable readily available try using? If you do, trying a different cable will help cross that off the list.

1. Your ISP
2. General area you're playing from
3. What servers you experience the high ping to?
We've been chasing down some goblins in the network, this info allows us to take a closer look at what's going on.
