High ping in Singapore server (SG) - LightWire ASN 45267 - New Zeland
Hello, I've been playing Valorant in Singapore server from New Zealand. But recently my ping is constantly on 170 instead of 100-120. Is it possible to fix this issue?
ISP : Lightwire Ltd
Fixes that I tried :
1. Made sure that I'm not downloading anything
2. Closed all unnecessary background apps
3. Resetting my router and Wi-Fi
4. Changed DNS but to no avail

yeah its a hit or miss, I reached out to your provider to get some better routing set, I believe we should get a better connectivity towards Sydney as that would be my priority, if they agree to proposed fix Singapore will improve for you as well. keep in touch

what kind of problems, from where to where :val_KekwSob: BRUH
today two people have complained about high ping in OCE and and and erm send a ss where the whole team and enemy team had 100ms+ and like erm seen like 4 people today/yesterday complain about SG ping :val_Hampter: you should show Kubo and miso also

@Kenji-San I informed the ISP regarding the issue. They told me that they forgot about it and they are going to go look into it straight away. Results are estimated to be given next week.

Hey @Dead that might be temporary, LightWire are still not sharing routes with us directly. I asked for updates on this, we need permanent solution
virginia also just went from 105 to 150 out of nowhere and now georgia even has a lower ping than that even though i’m way closer to virginia

alright bilaterals are set now in Sydney with LightWire, ill monitor this for a day and close it up but there should be a permanent solution now in place 👍
