I have been working with Cyberindo ISP closely since you reported the issue with high ping and packetloss, since then we have established a physical link from the ISP directly to our servers, this helped hundreds maybe even thousands of Indonesian players play on Singapore servers with lower latency and with less packetloss. Your constructive and non toxic feedback was helpful for us to investigate the root cause and establish a closer connection with the ISPs resulting in greater player experience. Thank you! :Iso_GG:
