You need to understand that this is your provider routing towards India overall, I cant fix that if they have no visibility in India, they might have had a link they cancelled... I have no idea what happened. I talked to them and they cant seem to understand that you folks have problems. :val_KekwSob: for now play towards the server with lowest latency.

you should get about 30-40ms towards Dubai, you can try playing there thats very playable imo

ok I am doing some additional investigation into this, I made a mistake and we actually have a link between Mumbai and Dubai, but its currently not functioning due to a provider fault. let me get back to this once that is resolved and people from Dubai to Mumbai should be able to play with lower latency again

alright so... ether your Pakistani ISPs will get some presence in India ( Mumbai preferably ) or this wont change, Pakistan upstream providers are not very flexible for India pathing so this is a problem. Currently we as Riot do not have a physical connection between Mumbai and Dubai, that might change in future.
so my suggestion is that we have to look into this in individual ISP level, such as Cybernet folks can play on Dubai with about 45ms ping and ME1 shard for League with about 55ms. I check PTCL and Nayatel now, but this wont get fixed overnight sorry folks
