nothing it's just hella far away so
a few days ago it was working with normal ping 60-70

usually my ping on tokyo 60-70 i live in far east russia
so japan is not too far for me

good call, but we were aware of this was an most likely a Tier 1 ISP issue in East Russia towards TYO shard we have for them. We raised it with Transtelecom, they must have fixed it
