Inconsistent extrusion with ASA
Thanks, I actually just ran a pa calibration test earlier, waiting for my bed to cool off so I can pull it off and check it. I'll see if it needs adjusting. After I do that, I'm going to do the extrusion multiplier. I'm kinda just slowly making my way through Ellis's tuning guide.

Skipping working on the belt tension and resonance stuff because I think I'm going to have to do a teardown of some parts to fix that, as I am getting some heinous ringing (audio) when ocillating at like 40hz, so I think some stuff is loose

I decided I want to figure out my belt tension first, my graphs were gross, but work was busy then my wife wanted to play Diablo 4 together. I will work on it more tomorrow. I appreciate you following up though. You've been a big help

It would not be the first time something somewhat counterintuitive (blobbing being from underextrusion) has happened to a print of mine, so I'll definitely make sure to tune my extrusion modifier.

Currently starting fresh on the calibration front. I was printing that one at 280, so I certainly hope it's not a temp issue, but I'll do a temp tower either way. I'm pretty sure the blobbing starts after it switches from inner to external perimeters after a certain point in the print (I think when it stops printing the bottom of the bowl and is now only printing the sides)

Cannot get a consistent first layer distance.
The orange is PLA and the blue stuff is PETG that's definitely stuck. I'm thinking about getting a PEX sheet from WhamBam, had one on my ender 3 and loved it. And yes, I agree that I'm probably still a little close to the bed. I'll be doing some finer adjustments
