How do I optimize my bedrock server?
You could always run a paper fork with geyser to use paper optimization but allow a bedrock client.

Best dedicated server hosting?
Look into sparkedhost. They have a Miami Datacenter and I've been working with them for my server needs for +5 years. Their team is willing to help and they usually have deals and discounts seasonally that are generous. I believe the Christmas one is still going on. They also have trials you can try out for hosting too to see if it fits your need.

Yourew paper server is not on java 17 or above

what java version is your velocity server running on? You might need to specify a specific JRE for velocity compared to the default java home used in 1.12.X. I believe JRE 21 is required for 1.20+ while 1.12 is JRE 16. I might have those versions wrong.

chunk loading issue for bedrock players
You'll have probably better luck asking on geyser if it's only bedrock players.
If it's a mix of both java and bedrock, perhaps post your plugin list.

It is. Getting your first currency going to be a bit complicated so don't be afraid to ask in CreatorFromHells discord.
The other plugin i tried prior to moving to it (that wasn't essentials) was ecobit. There is a paywall but you can copy their main branch and build it yourself. Wasn't horrible if i remember but didn't have live syncing cross servers.

The New Economy/TNE is amazing. By far the best most flexible currency out there.
- support for both old vault and VaultUnlocked.
- Allows cross server currency with real-time updating by using either a redis database or bungee/velocity messaging
- great support in discord and quickly updates plugin(I've been testing on 1.21.4 for a week).
- supports both digital and physical currencies
- allows for multiple currencies
- integrates smoothly with many plugins thst vault use to need custom patching for (such as towny)
