In search of high quality, long lasting dress and casual wear
I just spent 90 minutes at a men's clothier in my town after calling them in advance, telling them my height and build, and asking if they had any clothing in my size that would have a nice flair. They couldn't find me a single thing in my size at all. Nothing. But a single jacket, shirt, or pair of pants. I'm so frustrated and dejected. I know I can go to DXL and get stuff that is long enough, but you get it to fit my ass I have to get it way too big in the waist and then tailor it in or lash it down with a belt. Plus no hate but DXL makes all their clothing look like your going to a g.d. Jimmy Buffett concert or else they put dumbass flaming skulls on stuff. I don't want to look like someone's desperate weird uncle.
They had a few shirts there tonight that has gorgeous, rich patterns in dark indigos and lavish purples that would have been delicious to wear, but nope, not for a 6'4" person, I looked like the incredible hulk bout to bust out.
Is there ANYWHERE you can get quality linen, cotton, viscose, or I guess poly blend if I have to that has a decent design, pleasant hand to the fabric, triple stitched to last, and sized for a tall person? I don't care if it's $500 a shirt as long as it lasts and won't have a hole in the armpit in 6 months or loose threads on the third wear.
I'm literally willing to pay top dollar for quality shit, I just can't find anywhere that sells it!!!!
